●  I, okaneez, have the right to accept or decline a commission for any reason.●  Payments are received through a Stripe payment link. The client does not need a Stripe account. Alternatively, I can be commissioned through VGen.●  50% of the payment must be paid upfront upon agreement. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon project delivery. Alternatively, the client may choose to pay the full cost upfront.●  Up to 3 revisions after initial completion of the artwork are included within the base price, any further revisions will require an additional fee of $10 per revision.●  Revisions requested during the sketch/coloring phases do not incur any additional cost, but please respect my time when requesting revisions.●  The client is expected to remain in contact and communicative during the commission process. (in simple terms, no ghosting.)●  Please inform me if you want the artwork delivered by a certain date. Dates are to be negotiated during the commission process depending on my schedule and availability.●  Do not request a deadline under 1 week from the date of contract.●  A 50% refund will be issued if I am unable to complete the project to delivery.●  Refunds are not offered for completed projects.●  Finished pieces may be shared online by the artist. If the client wishes for a piece not to be shared, it will be held confidential.●  I do not consent to my artwork being used to train generative AI of any kind, or for sale as NFTs. Any use of my artwork for this purpose is strictly prohibited.

●  Commercial use of artwork requires further discussion on licensing terms and fees prior to any payments/delivery of work."Commercial use" includes any use of commissioned artwork that is not solely for personal, non-monetized use, e.g. items of merchandise such as goods and apparel that will be sold by the client, publications, album covers etc.●  Credit to the name "okaneez" is required for all public uses of artwork.●  Please stay respectful!
